As NSC’s VP of Marketing, Afton Lucente is chartered with strengthening the NSC brand and promoting the firm’s services to new clients and talent. She is responsible for formulating and managing NSC’s marketing strategy and is focused on accelerating sales pipeline, revenue growth, and delivering value by strategically aligning business drivers to key service offerings. Afton is passionate about bringing the NSC story to life and integrating the voice of the customer throughout her marketing efforts.
With over fifteen years of marketing and leadership experience, Afton most recently served as the Director of Marketing at NEOS, a consulting firm. Prior to NEOS, she directed national campaigns, field and channel marketing, sales enablement activities, and communications at Carousel Industries, a technology integrator. She also spent ten years in the staffing industry, serving as the VP of Marketing and Communications for TRC Staffing Services where she was responsible for creating and measuring the success of the team’s marketing activities across multiple brands.
Afton holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Kennesaw State University and a Master of Business Administration from Georgia State University. She is also Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified. Afton serves on the Board of Directors for The Hope Box, an Atlanta-based nonprofit, and Georgia State University’s EMBA Alumni Board.
