Staff Matters, LLC a subsidiary of NSC has an immediate opening for Rubber Layer/Shop Worker in Tucson, Arizona.

Job Title: Rubber Layer/Shop Worker
Salary:  $18.00 per hour
Location: Tucson, AZ

Company Summary: Our client is a proven leader providing innovative engineering solutions for the minerals, oil & gas, power industrial markets.

Position Summary:

  • Safety conscious person.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Work with hand tools – drills, saws, hot knives, roller & stitchers, hand knives, etc.
  • Some drawing reading experience.
  • Good with math.
  • Must read a tape measure proficiently.
  • Follows direction verbally and written.
  • Willing to work overtime and weekends
  • Work with chemicals – Apply Adhesives, paints, toluene, etc.
  • Keen eye for cosmetics and quality.
  • Efficient and organized worker
  • Forklift driving Experience
  • Willing to do other assignments as required.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications:

  • Individual must pass a Respiratory evaluation and fit test for a respirator mask along with the rest of the screening process.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
