HR Business Partner
ULGStaffing a subsidiary of NSC has an immediate opening for a Human Resources Business Partner at one of our local clients. This role plays a key part in engaging and supporting leaders and employees.
Pay $65-80k DOE
Full Time Direct Hire
Responsibilities
- Working with leaders and employees relating to HR processes, procedures, and practices
- Coaches leaders and employees on employment matters
- Upholds the company values
- Implements HR practices to improve individual, team, and business development
- Process payroll using ADP software
Basic Qualifications:
- BA/BS in related field with two years of applicable experience OR High School Diploma with five years of experience
- PHR, SPHR, or other HR related certification preferred
- Experience in Employee Relations and labor / employment law
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS or other job specific technology
- Self-Initiative
- Attention to detail accompanied by good organizational skills
- Critical thinking skills, persistence, and patience.
