HR Business Partner


ULGStaffing a subsidiary of NSC has an immediate opening for a Human Resources Business Partner at one of our local clients. This role plays a key part in engaging and supporting leaders and employees.



Pay $65-80k DOE

Full Time Direct Hire



  • Working with leaders and employees relating to HR processes, procedures, and practices
  • Coaches leaders and employees on employment matters
  • Upholds the company values
  • Implements HR practices to improve individual, team, and business development
  • Process payroll using ADP software



Basic Qualifications:

  • BA/BS in related field with two years of applicable experience OR High School Diploma with five years of experience
  • PHR, SPHR, or other HR related certification preferred
  • Experience in Employee Relations and labor / employment law
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS or other job specific technology
  • Self-Initiative
  • Attention to detail accompanied by good organizational skills
  • Critical thinking skills, persistence, and patience.
