Document Compliance Coordinator-99 PLDCC

Document Compliance Coordinator provides support and assistance to the Planning Manager. Establish Ship Availability folders and maintain documentation history. Review and edit outgoing reports for grammatical and spelling errors. Develop and maintain Contractor Furnished Report (CFR) logs by job order and provide the current status. Alert production personnel of answered reports. Download change orders (RCCs) from NMD for Program Managers. Develop and update weekly Maintenance Report spreadsheet. Required to be proficient in MS Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word. Strong data entry and Excel skills are a must.
