Accounting Clerk 
 
Great long term opportunity to work for a well respected property management group in Tucson.
 
Contract to Hire, M-F, 8am-5pm, $16-18.00 per hour
 
Looking for an Accounting Assistant that has great multitasking skills, are very organized and can collaborate with multiple teams.
 
Job Duties are below…
 
  • Posting of cash receipts for designated properties and resolve any discrepancies with property manager
  • Records payable entries including reviewing all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to entry
  • Prepare reports for Management review for weekly check runs.
  • Process weekly AP check run
  • Process all tenant move-ins and move out dispositions
  • Finalize Tenant/Owner Terminations
  • Vendor and owner file maintenance, including assisting with preparation of annual 1099s
  • Assist in annual budget preparation process
  • Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and generally accepted accounting practices
