A local business in Kokomo, IN is looking for an Account Specialist to join their team!

Starting pay $15/hour

Monday – Friday

8am to 5pm

Job description:

  • Keep an organized track of assigned accounts and transactions relating to customer purchases
  • Primary point of contact for assigned clients. resolve any issues, and provide updates on quotes, orders, and deliveries
  • Communicate with primary contacts via email and phone
  • Collaborate with Accounts Payable with P.O. requests and transactions relating to client purchases

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma; BS/BA in business is a plus
  • Past experience as an Account Representative/Specialist or customer service
