I have been working with Mrs. Emily Duncan for the last few months and I want to tell you how happy we are with the staff we have been receiving from your Orange location. I just brought on 5 more temporary employees to our team when going in we were only looking to hire two. Emily has still continued to impress us with completing and satisfying our staffing needs. I’d like to brag on her if I may, she always seems to go above and beyond to make sure we are staffed with the proper qualified employees we are looking for as our business grows. Just wanted to give you a quick note on my hiring experience with NSC.

I came across an advertisement on a job search board for a Pipe Supervisor. I filled out the info and sent along my resume for the position, I was contacted within 2 hrs. of applying by Dena Alexander. Ms. Alexander was very polite and very informative of the position to which I had applied for. We talked a few moments on the requirements the company was looking for and she also advised of another position available that fit my resume and together we decided on the best fit and opportunity for me rather then what was best for the company she was representing, I have never received that type of personal attention when contacted by temp agencies looking to fill positions for their customers, the focus is usually on the company needs and not the employee needs, so this was a very welcome change that did weigh in on my decision to hire on with NSC. Ms. Alexander kept close contact with me via phone and email during the hiring process from the first initial call thru the interview and eventually what became my first day on my new job. I have been on the job for 3 weeks now and Ms. Alexander has not forgotten me, she sends me an email correspondence at least once a week just to ask how it’s going and if I am happy and satisfied in my new position. This type of personal attention is very rare and very welcomed. Making a career change is a stressful and difficult decision but Ms. Alexander and NSC made mine a very easy transition to a new company and the whole time her only goal was to make sure I got the things that were important to me so I could make a sound decision and make the transition to a new career. Thank you to the NSC Recruiting team… Carol you were the key and most instrumental person to my transition from military to civilian employment. I owe you and your team a debt gratitude and thanks. You and your team at NSC Technologies VMS are superb professional, dedicated to the proper employment of employees. I am just loving it here at BAE as a Superintendent. Being a contract welder over the past 10 years, I have worked with many agencies that have placed me all around the US. I came across NSC Technologies through a friend and decided to give them a shot as well. Since 2010 I have not crossed another agency’s path because of the service NSC and their team has given me. During the recent SRA onboard USS Chancellorsville (CG-62), NSC Technologies supplied Serco Inc with temporary labor support. Throughout, the availability the employees sent from NSC Technologies provided more than adequate services. While acting as fire watches for most of the avail, your employees also helped with structural removals with power tools (grinders, saws and drill motors), mechanical assembly (cableways, deck plates and foundations), equipment mounting, cable removals/ installations, and took pride in all down to general housekeeping efforts. These services proved to be critical and necessary for the success of our installation and ongoing GIG E LAN install. We are grateful to have had your placement onboard our task and look forward to working with him again on future jobs.
