John became NSC’s CEO in 2022, bringing with him many years of executive-level staffing industry expertise (The Adecco Group, Robert Half International, Kforce, Inc.) plus a track record of visionary leadership. Recognized for executive strategy, sales, and operational skills, John guides NSC with innovation and growth as his key focus areas.

John is an Economic Honors Graduate of Ursinus College. He has Executive Education credentials from Harvard Business School for his work on digital operating models and from Wharton Executive Education’s Global CxO Program.

As a driving force behind the company’s success, Todd Oken enhances NSC’s financial performance, shapes our strategy, and optimizes operations. His leadership spans project management and long-term objectives with customer and business partner focus. Todd’s experience includes Chartwell Staffing Solutions and the Global Staffing Services division of CDI Corporation.

Todd earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University and a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Lindsay Kedy is an accomplished management executive with extensive experience in business analysis, operations, and technology optimization. As COO at NSC, she plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and fostering growth. Lindsay excels in business development, recruiting, financial planning, analysis, and data modeling, consistently delivering compelling business cases to support NSC’s strategic decisions.

Lindsay earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University with a focus on accounting and finance.
