Based on his own experience as a marine electrician’s assistant working in a shipyard, he dreamed of creating job opportunities for other people. Since founding NSC in 2000, the organization has seen tremendous growth through both organic means and strategic acquisitions – making NSC one of the top 1% of staffing firms in the U.S.
