Project Management Services

NSC employs a team of industry professionals that serve as a point of contact to develop effective contract labor solutions. To ease the transition into your organization, a representative from NSC will meet all new associates in person at your company on their first day of work to introduce them to their new supervisor. In addition, we will provide on-site management to ensure quality, safety and on-time delivery of production goals. Project managers with bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are also available if needed.

Applicant Skill Testing & Screening

We provide our associates with a comprehensive skills assessment test to ensure their skills meet your expectations. We are NAVSEA certified in SMAW, FCAW, GTAW, CUNI and SILVERBRAZE. We are also ABS certified in SMAW and are a member of STASR. We will certify welders and brazers to save you time and money. All shipfitters and pipefitters go through a written and hands on test to ensure quality workers for you.
